I had Stephen and Toby attend today to install a new split system, and the service was absolutely amazing. Both guys were super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I really appreciated the way they took the time to reassure my animals when putting them in their beds while the work was being carried out. They were professional, caring, and clearly take pride in their work. Their service was truly phenomenal!

Had Stephen work on my house when it got wrecked by fire. He did an awesome job over 3 visits repairing everything and getting the power back on. The company has been great to work with at all levels.. Dealt with Andrew the Ops Manager who was great. Ben scheduling. Good Company. Highly recommend.

Taylor and Jasmine were absolutely awesome! They were thorough in fixing some issues with a light fitting and switch but in also picking up some compliance issues. Would recommend them to anyone!!

Taylar was great and super efficient. We had a water leak come through a fan and she meticulous checked it, then made it safe until a later date when a new installation could take place. Lovely person, did a great job 10/10

Taylar has been at our rental accomodation twice now. She is always polite, prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, leaves things how they were before she started, understanding, happy and smiling…… You are a fantasticly amazing person to have in the Barra team… ( I hope they know how lucky they are) Even with this ac unit being a pain. (Lol). Thank you for allowing us to breathe clean air again instead of mould particles lol. It’s now 9.26am and it’s still dripping but will leave it a few days to see how it goes… Thank you lovely Karen P.S. you should receive a $100 voucher for your review . 😇😇😇

I had such a great experience dealing with Bara electrical. From the scheduling of the appointment to the courtesy text messages they would send. I was really impressed with Taylar who helped out with the repairs at my apartment. She has impeccable manners, and is so professional and good at the work she does. Not only did she do a great repair job, she also took the effort to ensure the area was left as it was before after the repairs were done. She’s a great ambassador of the company!

The guys at Bara are great. Know what they’re doing and are super friendly and efficient. William did an excellent job installing downlighting for us, arrived exactly on time and was done within an hour. He also happily answered a bunch of questions I had and clearly knows his stuff. Will continue to use them for all things electric.
